The tour to Mount Moses from Sharm el Sheikh, or as Mount Sinai is called, is one of the most famous sacred religious journeys in Egypt.

The tour to Mount Sinai is not only a religious journey of devotion and faith, but it is also an overnight adventure to watch the sunrise and see the picturesque mountains and desert of Sinai from the top of Mount Moses and then go to visit one of the oldest monasteries in the world.
The Mount Sinai tour starts in the evening, after dinner from the hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, our local private guide will pick you up in a modern air-conditioned bus.
The time to reach St. Catherine’s Monastery area is about 3 hours.
Once we reach the foot of the mountain, we will climb thanks to the Bedouin guide who will lead us throughout the climb and take us to its summit to watch the sunrise. In fact, Mount Sinai is the highest peak in Egypt and with its spectacular 2285 meters above sea level, it offers the spectacle of the sun rising from the mountains truly unique, unparalleled and very beautiful contact with nature.
Early in the morning, we will go down to visit St. Catherine’s Monastery, which is the oldest Christian monastery built in 550. Here you will see the Holy Burning Bush tree, chapel, well, library and a vast collection of artifacts, icons and historical manuscripts.
This amazing experience will be etched with wonder in your minds.
You will need to be reasonably fit and prepared to participate; we will provide you with a flashlight, not suitable for children and adult clients unable to hike.
Finally, after an exhausting journey, but full of excitement and adventure, we will return back to the city of Sharm El Sheikh around two o’clock in the afternoon.
It is also possible to travel to Mount Sinai by day, to climb the mountain and watch the sunset from the top of Mount Moses.
