Except for some trips such as flights or swimming with dolphins and others, we will refer you to that information when requesting information or making a reservation.
If you cancel the trip one day 24 hours before the travel date, you will be refunded 50% of the total value, Excursions with flights are excluded.
If you cancel reservations for long trips or for more than one day, such as Nile cruise trips, one week before the date of travel, you will be refunded 50% of the total value.
If you cancel your reservation on the same day as your flight or do not show up, no amount will be refunded.
A partial payment will be required upon confirmation of your reservation and, if required, payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa/MasterCard) or through PayPal.
